I never saw it, but I remember the cover showed a man pulling a woman across a bridge by her hand, obviously running from something. I also remember a Youth Restricted Viewing sticker on it; so that may narrow down the rating for you all.
HELP!!!!!

Could be "Miracle Mile" with Anthony Edwards. Great film.

The cover for MIRACLE MILE has Anthony Edwards standing in front of a street filled with cars on fire, so that's probably not it.

Mofo, you're right, I just looked it up. I suck. Private Joker, I'm sorry but I have no idea what it could be but you should still see Miracle Mile. Gotta go cry myself to sleep now.
