I'm watching a bad made for tv movie with my mom right now and I'm pretty sure I knew how this was going to end right when it started which gave me an idea for this topic.
For me this happened when I watched Scream, The Princess Bride an Frenzy for the first time.
Almost any rom/com I've been coerced into watching.
The Sixth Sense. As soon as Bruce Willis got shot I guessed the whole big twist.
Dragonheart.
Good movie, but disappointingly predictable.
Murder On The Orient Express (1974): even at seven years old, I knew there was something odd about having such a disparate group of people on one train.

I saw that in the theater new too.
When I saw
FRIED GREEN TOMATOES in the theater my friend was annoyed because I kept predicting (correctly) what would happen. I knew nothing about the book or the story but it was quite predictable. If there is attraction between a boy and a girl, and a third party... Queer characters must suffer death in all kinds of ways (even if it isn't their own). I do like that movie because of resiliency, but it is a downer.
TITANIC. I just KNEW that ship was gonna sink!!
Blazing saddles. I knew bart was going to be the victorious hero.
