After seeing Pulp Fiction, I noticed that it is something different than other movies and full of crime drama, classic dialogues and best John Travolta dance. From that now I think Pulp Fiction is a great example to Neo Noir Category, it gives a lot of glimpse to the neo noir category and that's what I like in Pulp Fiction. I have read this blog from movies4forever.com "5 best neo noir movies" and form that I have seen the author referenced Pulp Fiction in the top of his list which I think no one has done it.
So, comment your ideas and what do you feel about Pulp Fiction a best Neo Noir Movie.
... I have never even heard the term "neo Noir" before.
What makes it a Neo Noir and instead of just Noir?

Neo-noir is a modern or contemporary motion picture rendition of film noir.
I'd say that Sir Kenneth Branagh's Dead Again (1991) is a modern film noir. I always turn the color offa my TV set when I watch it. Great film.
I'll take David Lynch over Tarntino.
Don't get me wrong-! I love Tarantino!
But I'l take BLUE VELVET over PULP FICTION.
And TAXI DRIVER over both of them!

TAXI DRIVER is
MARTIN SCORSESE... I'd guess you know that.
Pulp Fiction is a great movie but I think the reigning champion of neo-noir has to be LA Confidential, whose status as a classic deepens every year.
No. I'd give it to VANISHING POINT.
The CONVERSATION (1974), DIRTY HARRY (1971), TWO LANE BLACK TOP (1971)!
These are all great movies I think qualify as "neo-noir".
PULP FICTION doesn't even come close in my eyes to any of these films.
