Oh boy, where to begin? This Indie comedy was basically made without money, very little imagination, no sense for humor, timing, storytelling, action or characters that stick out. Filmed in 1970s Grindhouse style it takes place in the 1980s. Apparently this movie wants to pay homage to 1980s action and martial arts cinema. It was shot intentionally bad with intentionally bad special effects (CGI no less) with intentionally bad dialogue lacking any kind of wit. There is really no purpose for this film, other than seeing a bunch of B-Action Actors in embarassing cameos:
Tommy 'Tiny' Lister - paying homage to "Sho'Nuff" (The Last Dragon)
Taimak - playing his character from The Last Dragon, but with a twist
Michael Dudikoff - doing a lousy Jack Nicholson "Joker" Impression
Bill Goldberg - as a criminal Car Wash employee
Cynthia Rothrock - Goldberg's criminal co-worker
Danny Trejo - brief Crime Lord type cameo
Don Frye - hero's sidekick of sorts
Don 'The Dragon' Wilson - Kung Fu stereotype character
Bianca Brigitte VanDamme - hero's sidekick of sorts
Sam J. Jones - keeper of the mojo or something
The awfulness makes this film appear almost surreal, and there where times I thought I was watching a Troma movie. No idea if that is a good thing or not.
Ok, I have to find a copy of this film!
I hope I didn't make it sound better than it is :teddyr: It is a hot mess for sure.
! No longer available (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpyQkjRc9rg#)
It's more because of who is in it and that my brother in laws favourite movie is 'The Last Dragon'.
"Who sent you?"
"What are you talking about? You came here!"
:bouncegiggle:
If I had a beard, I'd be stroking it right now. This sounds like fun, although I'm sure you didn't mean to make it sound that way!

It takes some talent to make a intentionally bad movie "good." The makers of this film just simply made it intentionally bad and thought it was funny, which it is not even though Trevor thought that one line is funny

Heck, I even thought a line like "Motion sensors, dumbass!" in Halloween was funny.
I just realized this stars Oliver Stone's son Sean!
Not managed to find a copy of the film to buy in any of my usual haunts, but I did find it online.

I've never been to putlockerytv. Are they "safe" to click/use?
As for Fury of the Fist, there was a copy on youtube but it was taken down a few hours after I watched it.

I have a laptop that I use for going onto potentially suspect sites and I keep all my anti-virus stuff up to date on that one. I wouldn't say the site was 100% safe, although I got no warnings coming up (I do have all the notifications turned off though, I prefer my malware stuff to run in the background and not bother me with these things).
