Nazis are in lotsa horror movies. They're perfect villians.

The tradition goes all the way back to Bela Lugosi in BLACK DRAGONS (1942), SHE DEMONS (1958), FLESH FEAST (1970),
and my favorite-

ZOMBIE LAKE (1980).

First movie I ever saw with nazi's as inhuman (as a pose to human) monsters was Shockwave, which to this day is a favourite of mine to watch.

 The Crimson Rivers  (2000) which involves a university run by Nazi inspired dumbasses who want to create the perfect human beings through eugenics is a very scary and disturbing film.

SHOCK WAVES (1977) is great! Peter Cushing, John Carradine and underwater zombies!

I would say ILSA-SHE WOLF OF THE SS (1975) is a horror film.
