I am not sure that is a 'tache. Having looked at it closely I think it is in fact some rare species of moth that has landed on his upper lip.

Yeah, that's a moth. I scraped a similar one off my car from the weekend. Either he was driving really fast on a motorbike, or bright light shines out of his nostrils. :twirl:
