Mine would have to be collard greens with spinach coming close behind. Don't believe the myth that kids don't like greens. My kids ate the s**t out of collards. With just enough hot sauce. Except Eddie usta soak everything with hot sauce.
I like brussel sprouts alot, but don't get to make them, cuz Tiana won't eat them.
I like all sorts of peppers too. I LOVE peppers.
Broccoli and it's not even close. Second is brussel sprouts/bell peppers that's been roasted in the oven.
Peas (Garden or Processed, but not Mushy).
Once in college my roommate and I were snowed in and because we'd been too lazy to go shopping all week there was nothing to eat in the flat except ranch dressing, Raman noodles, and a whopping-big can of turnip greens possibly left there by the previous tenants, so half joking and half starving we fixed it all together and you know, it ended up being great that way, so to this day I love turnip greens and sometimes still them that way, though everyone I tell that to thinks it sounds gross. Hey, it beat starving to death in a New England winter!
I'm a big fan of green beans.
We feed our baby frozen peas to help with his teething, and they are honestly one of his favourite foods.
Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..............................
String Beans?

I love turnip greens!
But not with Ramen Noodles (jailhouse flashbacks!) or ranch dressing. Maybe some hot sauce!
I like mustard greens too!
I like boiled cabbage too. And cucumbers! Right out of the garden.
James Arness in The Thing: that's my favorite veggie
