I didn't want to see this post either. :bluesad:
Indy, I hope you can bring yourself to go to a shelter and rescue a kitty in need.
Sorry to here about your cat, Indy. :bluesad:
Kindness and loyalty are God's greatest gifts, after love.
Thank you for sharing, Lewis.
I know the sadness of losing a beloved cat can make peolle hesitant to get a new one, maybe they feel they're disrespecting their lost cat, but shelters are full of cats who need homes. So do the Texan thing Indy, get back in the saddle even after you've been thrown hard.
I will . . . just not yet (I still have 3 kitties, just none of them as close to me as Fortuna was).
After my Babe died in 2009 (cat) I was determined to never have another. I used to joke with my sister-in-law Gayle. Before I took the cat I have now, probably born in her garage or barn, I saw him a couple of times and told her "I'm not taking that cat!" Of course, the next week I brought a pet taxi, and he's been here for 10 years Thanksgiving. I believe my boy will be 10 this June.
Would you wish him happy birthday from me?
