80s era. one guy breaks into a car and steals the radio, while his accomplice graffittis "NO RADIO" on the side of the car
could be very obvious, could be totally obscure.
It might be from a US tv show, not a film
Maybe CHiPS ?

thanks but don't think so. I vaguely remember seeing episodes of chips when I was about 6 or 7, then never saw any again until about 5 yrs ago. the thing I'm looking for here, I saw when I was about 14-15?
forgot to mention that these 2 guys are not even characters in the film. you just see them breaking into the car, as part of some kind of montage scene iirc...
For some reason, this is making me think of Running Scared. I believe a police car gets graffiti'd in that one although its been many years since I saw it and I can't remember what the paint on it.

Running Scared is a very underrated cop comedy: the graffiti on the car reads UNMARKED POLICE CAR :teddyr:

Please do: it is very funny, although it does get very serious towards the end.
