This was one of the first anthology horror series I ever saw: the episodes Silent Scream, Charlie Boy, The Carpathian Eagle and a few others stick in the memory.
curtis has never seen it, so he's getting a new addiction, lol! i've got a bunch of old british anthologies that an ebay friend put on dvd for me, have you seen west country tales, or the mind beyond? those are particular faves for me.
He should watch Saphire & Steel. Not an anthology series, but still worth a watch imo.
Also The Omega Factor from the BBC - still one of the most disturbing TV series ever.
i'll look for those, thanks guys! the episode" gaurdian of the abyss" is on right now, one of my personal" nightmare" episodes, when i first saw it.
Just saw paul darrow on it to my shock.
that would make sense, considering when it was made.

The fact he just died made it a bit more touching.
yes, i read about that here. i never watched..blake's 7? i think it's called? , but's it was obvious he was a very good actor.

You got that right. Darrow's character on blake's 7 really stole the show. He was an archetypal anti hero who often had to overcome his own urges to do something good.
