Title: Classic Silent Film - Circus woman washing at beach

This was a TCM feature a few years ago.  Had a Fellini vibe but older.  A woman humiliates her husband by bathing at the beach while some men watch.  I believe her husban is a circus clown and she may be a circus performer too.

I will check them out.  One other thing... I suspect it was a European film, probably Italian, maybe French.
