I wish we'd get a real nuclear power program in america to end our fossil fuel addiction.
I wish for the return of the days when an average american could go a regular day interacting regularly with the media and peolle and not ice see trump's sickening face, hear its name or anything about it.
I wish one of my relatives would win the lottery already so I didn't have to pick up her tickers every week and explain I don't play the lottery.
I'll make an unselfish wish. I wish Sven could overcome his idee fixe on our current president since it's taken over his mind, and I wish he'd discover peace, happiness, love, friendship, metaphysical fulfillment, and all good things that heal and calm the spirit of man. I'll toss in dinner with Joan Jett too, and heck, a girlfriend who likes being tied up with a rubber ball in her mouth.

If you notice, what I said to Sven today was nice and what I said before that was nice. So there, maybe you get half your wish. Don't read someone's posts if you know you're likely to disapprove. Personally I think the posting of hate speech should be opposed, and Sven has posted hate for two years, including saying he wanted my children to die. Is that something I should tolerate? Would you? Why should he not be held accountable for his words when he's attacked people's politics, race, religion, place of origin, and family? If you're tired of it, quit reading but I don't think closeted fascism should should be left alone to flourish unopposed.
I think the real question isn't why do I go after Sven, it's why don't you? Why does anyone tolerate a bigot here? Because you agree with him? Or because apathy is easy?

El Misfit has expressed displeasure with some of its postings; he presumably has been trying to walk the balance beam. Did you not see the long discussion several of us had regarding the "disrespectful foul-mouthed" one? Then, it behaved for a few days.
There's a wish I have but I won't mention it here. It does involve considerable violence.
One thing I will wish for is these reactors to get developed and become a thing. They seem feasible and could really help make fossilenfuels a thing of the past.
