#4 reminds me of my own school days. Not what was said, and older brother and younger sister, but as my sister is 3 years younger than myself, she had to follow me thru both junior high and high school, where I had, I believe, a fairly good reputation, which she had to live up to, which was not always easy for her.

My school was such an awful place that "needs improvement" was always checked on report cards, even if you got A's. I'm not kidding.

I thought I was done with report cards when I left school. Someone should warn kids about annual workplace assessments.

I didn't need and couldn't use Geometry.  Why didn't they teach Economics?

In my last year of school (1984) I saw a report paper that had been tossed out: one of the teachers comments was "------------------ must think harder."  :question:

And no, that wasn't my report.  :teddyr:
