Not to get political, but everyone in America is subject to the Affordable Care Act, Congresspeople included. Everyone "uses" Obamacare, by definition. "Obamacare" isn't an insurance plan people opt into, it's the informal name for extensive health care reform legislation.

As a long time Trekker / Trekkie, that moment in The Wrath Of Khan gave me a major facepalm moment. Chekov and Khan had never met so how would Khan know him? :question:
