Nigeria is trying hard to become west Africa's economic hub, with the expansion of Lagos' new business sub-city onto land reclaimed from the Atlantic being a source of hope and pride, so it stands to reason a detail like this wouldn't go missed. Now if San Francisco would just follow suit.
