Happy in the moment. You?
Rested, accomplished, and ready for church!
Feeling like I might be finally over that touch of the flu I might have had.
better, thanks to friends, frenemies and a mariachi band under the age of 13. and tacos and a corona.
Brave, galdangit! Yeeehaww!
grateful. surgery went fine, sister should be home by the weekend.
Chilled and anxious; anxious because tomorrow I might cut down the dead tree in my backyard, chilled because I have the AC on :twirl:
Eh...ok, I reckon. Could be worse.
Sniffly after two days out in chilly wind.
Lucky, blessed.
Tired, grumpy, and neglected.
Um.. better. Had to take today and yesterday off. Came down with a sore throat. I usually am able to work through it or beat it in the matter of a day. Not this time. Tried cough drops, throat spray, Day/Nyquil, orange juice, Alka Seltzer, vitamin C. Still lingering, but at least my throat doesn't kill me every time I swallow. I may be able to cancel my appointment at the doctor's tomorrow if I convalesce by early in the morning.
Chased.

Me too! I'm hoping it's covid-19 so I can get that immunity right away.
Wishing the damn train would arrive so we can start our journey and since they are no longer allowing people to book seats, hoping we don't end up standing the entire time.
Tired but happy. Glad school is out for spring break, but dreading this next week.
My daughter Rachel gets married a week from tomorrow.
congrats!
It's been a day of mono no aware. I feel that from time to time and I don't know what triggers it. It's not quite sadness or regret or dread, just....hyper-reality of how precious and fleeting everything is. I think I first became aware of feeling that way the first time I read Our Town, and it's a gift to feel this but also not always welcome.
gratified. i found a new jack and lug wrench fort the new car on ebay, made curtis very happy!
Like a drifting snowflake fallen inside an old boot.
uncertain. :bluesad:
HAPPY!
Joyously joyfully joy-filled! Got a heck of a promotion last night. Better hours, more money, less work, more prestige, I'll be home more days per week, what else could be asked for?
Congratulations.
Thank you, sir!
Congrats, I'm sure it was well-earned!
I played hooky from home teaching today and went to the river with a friend.
After four trips in a row without finding a whole point, I got not one but two complete arrowheads - plus a plesiosaur flipper bone!
We find lots of mosasaur pieces, but Plesiosaur are much rarer, and I was happy to get it.\
So now I'm tired but happy and satisfied. And full - I made a big pot of chicken and dumplings for supper!
feeling like i have a terrible sinus headache. i hate having allergies..
