out of the 2? I've never seen them... they both look (bad) good

The House That Dripped Blood (1971)
Haven't seen either, but I'd go with THE HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD, for two obvious reasons.
:bouncegiggle:
MOST DEF house that dripped blood, you will ADORE it! * even without the 2 "prominent" reasons for guys to watch , t's a great movie! * my sister and i " MSTed" it at christmas, watch for the "senior" senior picture moments from peter cushing at the river, lol! *
I just watched another Amicus anthology on Tubie- DR.TERROR'S HOUSE OF HORRORS (1965)!

That image is not from the 1977
SNOWBEAST it's from a 2011 SNOW BEAST. I made that same mistake at CHFB.
The 1977
SNOWBEAST is wonderful made-for-TV junk food. I love that movie, it's perfect. You should watch that...also.
I love Snowbeast. Sure its cheesy but they sort of went out of their way to make it kind of special. Great cast and setting. Plot obviously rips off Jaws but it is still a fun timewaster in my opinion.

I own a few, but not HOUSE... it's a good one, but Jon Pertwee's section is amazingly dumb. think they should've scrapped or re-done that part
NIGHTMARE CITY would make some good virus-watching!

I agree...but it
does have Ingrid Pitt displaying her... ugh...fangs!
I've been binge-watching THE BOYS on Amazon Prime.
Great series!
I've had GRIT TV on with the sound turned down while listening to Spotify.....

I loved that show. Hoping to see season 2 out there soon (last I heard was mid-2020). In the meantime enjoy and try not to have nightmares about the head scene. :buggedout:
EDIT: Oh, and if you've not seen it already and you enjoy this show, you might also like Umbrella Acadamy.

I'm more of a molars guy myself...
also JP does drop some wise words
"That's what's wrong with your present day horror films. There's no realism. Not like the old ones...the great ones."
i agree on the JP story, mostly, but it WAS pretty funny when i first saw it at the drivein, lol!
* i hadn't planned on being online today, but since my husband is in "beatles anthology" mode, AGAIN, i got bored.*
DOCTOR BUTCHER, M.D. (1980)!
One of the dumber zombie movies from the early 80's.
I love it!
Why do the zombies look like they tried to smoke a stick of dynamite?

lol, that movie is great. the noise which the zombies make (or at least the noise which comes out of nowhere when they're on the screen) cracks me up
the cult symbol that mysteriously appears everywhere
the dummy's arm bouncing off
will watch it tomorrow!
I was lucky, two days before Vinegar Syndrome shut down, they shipped me my copy of Andy Milligan's:
"Fleshpot on 42nd Street" For those not familiar with Andy, his movies are all chock full of almost pure unadulterated hate. Every single character spews how horrilbe the world is at each other in nearly every frame.. except this one. There is one character who is just a nice, normal guy.
If you have a copy, watch it.
Amazon Prime is a treasure trove of bottom of the barrel, stupid or funny horror movies.
BEASTER DAY was a hoot!
Night of the Blood Beast on MST3K on COMET TV
With the sound turned down while listening to spotify..........
Sundays on Comet lately are for marathons of repeats of reruns of MST3K, and not the good ones either, but the ones that are pretty dull, even with the catchy riffing..........
everbody is listing Demons 1985 so I guess I need to check it out asap...
I've never seen it.

I'd suggest watching both Demons 1 & 2, but Demons 3 has nothing to do with the others.
even as a bit of an Argento fanboy I never saw DEMONS until last year. it's good. the black guy is one of the most absurd characters I've seen in any movie. DEMONS 2 is fun, superior in some ways
They Live
Land of the Dead
We are catching up on Bollywood movies.

You really
need to.
Your life, nay; your very
Soul may be on the line!
It's about a bunch of folks locked in a theater watching a horror movie that turns folks into demons!
It's like NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD with demons! Plus cheezy 1980's metal music!

^ I saw Demons in a perfectly normal suburban movie theater when It came out what it was doing there I have no idea. props to my Mom for going to it with me at like age 11
maybe it was demons 2???
Panic in the Streets would be my choice for the Qu'ran teen

Great series!
The 2nd season opens tomorrow on September 4, 2020, with 8 episodes on Amazon Prime. It has done so well, that a 3rd season has also been ordered. Based on the comic book series of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson.

Just finished season 2 of 'The Umbrella Academy' last night and am looking forward to more of 'The Boys'.
