But seriously, folks- what's for dinner today?
Me and Tiana are having roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, and greens.
Kristi was going to cook us some steaks up, but she isn't feeling great today so I am going to make us a couple of Chicken Kiev's instead.
Had ours already because why not:
Ham, scalloped potatoes, peas, and pumpkin pie with whipped cream. Today's brunch is ham and cheese quiche and home-baked croissants with cream cheese and assorted homemade jams. Keeping it simple.
My mother and father usually host Easter dinner, but we are social distancing this year. So, I just had hot dogs. My wife is making chicken for herself, but I didn't feel like having chicken today.
My chef nephew is cooking steak, for some reason.
I had a (store bought) snackbowl including chicken, couscous, carrots and hummus.
Arby's for lunch with my folks.
ham, au gratin potatoes, buttered corn and garlic toast, very soon.
In my family all the relatives within close proximity drive to an uncles house and feast.
This year my mom and I had homemade pizza instead. :teddyr:
My husband made a ham and pinned a bunch of pineapple rings and maraschino cherries all over it. It didn't look anything like the pictures. Especially where he got creative and put one pineapple ring around the ham bone. We called it the ham butt hole.
