is your local area just littered with ancient arrow heads then? I used to do a bit of digging in the fields around me, and at one point I'd amassed bags full of little fossils and old pottery pieces, but never an arrow head
They are all over, you just have to know where and how to look.
I do get skunked occasionally, but after years of searching I usually come home with a trophy of some sort!
