found it on youtube under that alternate title. appears to be one of those 'random folks running around for 90 minutes in a post-apocalyptic wasteland' type deals...

The general rule with this kind of movie is, the more spectacular the artwork, the more terrible the movie. And that artwork is pretty spectacular.
