Seen: The Terror (1963) , Blood Feast (1963) , Son of Godzilla (1967) , The Green Slime (1968)  and most likely Gamera: The Giant Monster (1965).

I've seen "Casino Royale," "The Terror," "Blood Feast," and "Candy." (I actually enjoyed them all except "The Terror," which I can't stand.) I've seen "Gamera" in the MST3K and Rifftrax versions, but never on its own.

my pre-1970 movie watching history/knowledge absolutely sucks...

THE GREEN SLIME sounds fun...

Never seen MODESTY BLAISE. Tried to watch the Alan Arkin Pink Panther rip off--yikes!  :buggedout:

I've seen parts of Casino Royale but not the whole thing. 

Other than that, the only two on the list that I've seen is Green Slime and The Terror.  When I found out there was a movie that pitted Jack Nicholson against Boris Karloff, I had to see it.

Liked Gamera. Didn't like Terror, but I should probably rewatch it; my tastes may have changed.
