Early one morning, Yacedrah Williams of Detroit, Michigan wanted relief for her itchy contacts. She went to get eyedrops. She grabbed a bottle; it was the right size. She went to drop some in her eye, then realized she made a mistake just before the drop hit her eye; she'd grabbed a bottle of nail glue by mistake. By then it was too late; the drop hit her eye, sealing it shut.
