random purchase on my trip to the video shop.
This film is mad... completely all over the place, vaguely giallo-esque but with elements of everything from Cheech & Chong to EASY RIDER, to madcap comedy, to sex romp, to... whatever else they decided on that day's filming, it seems like.
I've seen a few ither films that Nico Mastorakis had a hand in either directing or producing, but none as bonkers as this. Oh and it's bad as well :teddyr:
Sounds "good" (badgood?). From the maker of "Island of Death," which I did not like.
no wasn't a big fan of that one either (from what I remember). this is much more watchable and fun
and yeah I'd say this qualifies as 'badgood' -

That's the one with the brother and sister are f**king each other and goats. And killing everyone else
Charming film!
I kinda find it insanely funny! It was just so over the top exploitation- no way in hell anyone on this planet (except maybe goat f**kers) can take this movie serious. It's just so stupid!
I think- been a long time- they make some sorry soul drink paint?
Been a long time. Never really had the desire to revisit it.

Yeah, there is a scene where they pour white paint down some guys throat.
it definitely seems to be the film everyone knows the director for. whenever you see his name mentioned it's usually like "Nico Mastorakis (ISLAND OF DEATH)..."
I've got a couple of other more recent (late 80s)movies he had some kind hand in, DARKROOM which is pretty bland, and GRANDMOTHER'S HOUSE which is quite good, and seems to have been quite heavily ripped off by M Night Shyamalan on THE VISIT
the one I really want to see though is .COM FOR MURDER from 2002 which has Roger Daltry in and sounds hilarious(ly bad)
