I went to IMDB and typed in Amityville. 

There are 60(!) movies listed, including such gems as  ...

Now, could we take a moment and appreciated the name of 'Steven Kang'. Literally the producers are telling us 'come and watch this awful movie, he-he, even we mock the name of Stephen King, ha-ha, we are so bad, but we don't care'.
