My next door neighbors did that every morning at six AM, back when I moved into this place twelve years ago....
Then they'd cuss at me about my lawn....
Then the husband died & things got quiet for a few years...
Now their grandson lives in the place, & all I hafta put up with is a noisy fan belt at 6:30 most mornings....
We had a proverb in the Navy:
"The only thing worse than a wet fart is a lumpy one!"
