I want to say this movie was made between 1986 to 1996 I don't remember much, it was suspense/Action,It had something like Identity 2003 movie vibe to it and there was a Snowmobile chase at end with a snow storm.

It's not the chill Factor, I have the movie, It is not Horror, Its more of a action/thriller about a detective chasing a Villain in a small Town and it snows big time at the end.
WHITEOUT (200?) is Kate Beckinsale as a detective pursuing a killer in Antarctica iirc...
EYE SEE YOU (2003?) is Stallone in somewhere cold trying to identify a serial killer... I think there's some snowmobile action at some point.

I believe it is the last stop 2000, I did order Eye see you on dvd, I did watch it a every long time and I don't remember any snowmobiles in it or not much about the movie so I am going to watch it again.
