Who here thinks there is life after bodily death?
I do even though my left brain likes to feel smug about itself by arguing that there isn't. My right brain is just a lot meaner, so it intimidates my nerdy left hemisphere into shutting up before it takes its pocket protector and whacks it upside the nose.
There is some evidence to suggest that your brain is still functioning after bodily death. Can't help feeling that this is a terrible thing. Being aware of your brain slowly shutting down, perhaps even hearing greaving friends n' family, thoughts becoming more slugging as your mind decays.
Then imagine being an antelope getting eaten by a leopard and still alive to experience that horror.
I dunno! I reckon I'll find out someday.
I'm old school, I believe in heaven and hell and am confident which way I will go when I die.

That's what I'm afraid of. :bouncegiggle:
How does that one song go?
"Oh I swear there ain't no heaven and I pray they ain't no hell"?
I've. Had experiences that make me believe in an afterlife. Personally I think we reincarnate until our soul is ready to merge with something higher.
