What actors do you figure that if you see them in a movie, you know that even if it is a terrible film, they are still going to give you an enjoyable performance? I was idly considering this earlier and the first two names that came to my mind were Bruce Campbell and Jeffrey Combs. After a few moments consideration I added Donald Pleasence, Lenea Quigley, Christopher Lee and Tim Curry and I am currently debating on Nic Cage. Anyway, who do you like to see in your bad films?
Lugosi.
Cameron Mitchell.
Kevin Costner
I pick crappy movies on purpose if I know good ol' Nick Cage is going to be on it.
Cage.
Christopher George
Some of the choices above....there are actors that were in good films or at least linked to an iconic role. I will choose an actor who clearly can't act:
Reb Brown. My first exposure to him was MST3K with Space Mutiny but I assure you there is a deeper catalog. He was TV's Captain America, in one of best/worst episodes of Miami Vice (Viking Bikers from Hell), one of the few films that Christopher Lee disowned (Howling II: ... Your Sister Is a Werewolf), and tons of schlock.

I'll add Mamie van Doren. I will watch her in anything.

Klaus Kinski.... He's done some "good" movies too, but I prefer his bad movies....
Tim Thomerson's another one.... Did so many low budget action movies, that I never knew he was a comedian until sometime in the late '80s or early '90s....
The original 50ft woman Allison Hayes. If you see her in her other movies, always seems to give the right amount of camp that she is really enjoyable.
Sam Neil. He's in plenty of good movies. Became of fan of his from Jurassic Park.
Natasha Henstridge. Again, one of those actresses that knows she's in camp movies, but that doesn't stop her from giving it her best.

I thought he was pretty cool in Attack Force Z.... Probably the only movie where Mel Gibson wasn't the coolest cast member...

Awesome actor. Loved him in
IN THE MOUTH OF DARKNESS and
MEMOIRS OF AN INVISIBLE MAN.
Obviously Nick Cage but also Kurt Russell
Carolyn Munro
Natasha Henstridge
Meg Foster
And Michelle Yeoh and Samara Weaving
(That is specifically for genre cinema. If Tilda Swinton were to make a movie in which she reads the 1974 phone directory of Glasgow, I'd watch that too)
Tommy Wiseau
Nicholas Cage
