Coffee. Instant or filter. try not to exceed 4 cups a day, not always easy.
Any moderate to heavy coffee drinkers, if you think you're not addicted, try going 1 week without. By the 3rd or 4th day you'll be waking up in the morning and all you'll be thinking about is coffee, guaranteed.
