Leroy. I talked to him on the phone. He shot somebody with a 12 gauge. He's been in prison for 25 years.
He wants to become an anti gun advocate. I always loved Leroy. I talked to him on the phone today. He's my brother in law from my first ' marriage'. He was my best friend. He shot my ex old lady's boy friend . He's out. I need to see him again. He and his wife babysitted my kids while I was at work n the factory.
Are you arranging to catch up with him?
We talked on the phone. He's shell shocked. Technology is freaking him out!
He says he wants to ne an anti-gun advocate-talk to groups of kids at schools.
I'm glad to hear he is out and seems to want to make the most of his life. Good luck to him, always. (And I bet technology would be a shock!)
I genuinely feel for ex-cons. Even after they've paid their debt to society, almost no one will hire them, making it difficult to make a living. They often end up either homeless or going back to a life of crime. Best of luck to your brother-in-law.
^ he was on SSI before he went in, so he'll be OK moneywise.

Thank God he'll have a source of income. It sounds like he has really turned his life around and wants to do good now.
I'm on SSDI myself. I always manage to buy my surplus of crazy movies for the month haha!
I had 4 heart surguries since 2012. I'm on SSI myself. I'll be 61 this year.
