Anyone have any experience with this?
I never even heard about it, until I just looked it up.
I've been fascinated by things I've read about it lately. Terrified, intrigued, etc.
Only other time I heard of this was in a short film that I don't remember the name of...
From what I've read, it seems no better or worse than any other psychedelic drug. I HAVE done LSD, mescaline, shrooms, and peyote buttons. Not in many, many years, though.
Yes! This is the one where people see the elves that give them sage advice! I mean no, I don't have experience with it, but I'm also super interested in it and why people seem to see the same elves when they take it. I don't know if it's because of suggestion or something about it that makes you see elves. Dude, I bet they're always there and the DMT just makes you see them like the glasses in They Live. Maybe it's like the pink elephants I always used to hear about with LSD. I am nooooo way ever going to try it, but totally up to opening a DMT den and documenting people's experiences.
I haven't really heard anything scary about it though, but I haven't looked into it too much other than reading about it a bit online. I just think drug stories are far too easy to embellish and make up on the internet, it's hard to get a good idea of what's an authentic experience and what's made up.
^I have done LSD over 20 times, and I never seen a pink elephant. Never meet anyone who had, either.
Thing about doing strong psychoactive drugs is do the trip. Don't let it do you. Realize it's the drugs- not reality. In fact, I have NEVER seen anything that is not their. It's your perceptions of what your looking at that change. Hard to explain. Like trying to explain an orgasm to someone who has never had one.
Before I Googled it, I thought DMT stood for Damn Mr Trevor 😳😉🐢
This might interest you. It discusses a study into the effects of the drug.

I was watching this video last night about the entities commonly encountered on the drug:

I never seen a pink elephant.
My dad was an alcoholic. He quit drinking after seeing pink rats running around his car while driving home from work. He was an excellent driver when drunk, not so when sober.
Never heard of DMT. Maybe because I don't care about any kind of drugs.
