Like- "Ugh!"
1. Adam Sandler- I never thought he was funny. He almost always plays the same overgrown frat boy. I dunno. He's got a face that makes me want to punch it.
2. His buddy Rob Schnieder. Another non funny SNL alumni. This guy has the personality of a doorknob.
3. Mark Wahlberg. His acting is half assed, and from what I've heard of his past, a racist f**khead.

Gladly.
Charlize Theron: SA's first actor to win an Oscar and then she went and made an advert in which she says all SA men are rapists. :hatred:
Danny Glover: anti-South African activist and sometime actor. I laughed out loud when I watched Shooter and his character gets shot in the throat.
Sean Penn: brilliant actor but he has never appealed to me at all. He just seems...... nasty.
Mel Gibson: another anti-South African activist, anti-Semite and almost a complete piece of crap.
Joss Ackland :tongueout:
Richard Attenborough: played a South African in The Great Escape and then made Cry Freedom. Better as a director.

Botswana and Lesotho are not part of South Africa.
I knew about Lesotho but assumed Botswana was part of SA.

Both countries were former British colonies and both became sovereign countries in 1966.
Ok....
4. John Wayne- Piece of sh!t racist b***h. f**k you, Marion.
5. Steven Segal.
6. Bill Cosby. You know why.

1. Nicole Kidman - feels smug and full or herself. Never liked any of her films.
2. Seth Rogen - Plays the same stoner type in every film.
3. Chris Tucker - Nails on a chalk board. Ruby Rhod is more annoying then Jar Jar Binks ever was.
4. Chevy Chase - Never found him very funny. Weakest out the 70's/early 80's members of SNL.
5. Steven Seagal - Never understood why so many action movies fans love him so much. Z-Tier action hero.
I get the hate for Adam Sandler but Uncut Gems changed my opinion.

Those are good choices (except that I have no problem with Nicole Kidman). Sandler is terrible in his comedies but he's been surprisingly good in dramatic roles.

and that is exactly why he's on my most hated list
he CAN act in good high quality stuff, like Punch Drunk Love, but chooses to basically make bottom of the barrel s**t
Leonardo DiCaprio
Ewan McGregor
Scarlett Johanssen
Ed Norton
Tom Hanks
Matt Damon
Julia Roberts
Christian Bale
Jennifer Anniston
Jessica Alba
all of the above manage to annoy me immensely without fail in every single thing that they're in, and I'm not exactly sure why... there are definitely 'worse' actors out there
9. That guy who played Bosley on the TV show CHARLIES ANGELS. David Doyle. I dunno why. Maybe it's his lisp. He played the bad guy in the Clint Eastwood movie COOGAN'S BLUFF (1968) and he sucked ass.
10. Val Kilmer. Maybe because he looks like a scumbag I used to know.

That's 10. I may list more, just because.

I'm going to guess it's the projects they choose to appear in rather than any lack of talent on their part.

I like Leonardo. DJANGO was a stupid movie, but I enjoyed it for what it is- a blaxploitation spaghetti western. I liked SHUTTER ISLAND too. I wanna see ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD.
I like Tom Hanks a lot.
Jennifer Anniston? Is that the girl from FRIENDS? If so- I'm with you on that one. In fact, I can't stand the whole f**king cast on that show!
My list continued:
6. The Rock/Dwayne Johnson - Never got the hype. He can't carry his own franchise and has to be apart of an larger cast.
7. Leonardo DiCaprio - Outside of What's Eating Gilbert Grape, he can only a play a pretty boy or I feel he is play acting like a child.
8. Sam Worthington - Actor that Hollywood has a hard on for but doesn't stick with general audiences.

not about ability... I think my problem with these guys is they seem to project an underlying aura that they are bigger than the movie - which then takes me out of the movie. to me anyway. just my perception. there's a lot of big name stars who don't give me that impression, so I'm not sure why these ones do. but I find them insufferable.

THE ALAMO is not good. Not at all. The best part of
MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE is when Raymond Shaw eats the rifle.

John leguizamo. I'm sure he's a nice guy but he looks like the human form of a disease
Gene Wilder (sorry Allhallows) - nothing reminds me more of the depressing 70's than this guys face
^ Depressing 70's? Movie wise? Or life wise?
I have no clue what either of those guys lives are like, I just can't watch their movies
^ No- I mean why do you think the 70's was depressing?
I was born in 1974 and I think the 80's were just a better fit for me personally. I like a lot of 70's stuff, but the overall aesthetic is just hairy and people wearing a lot of like earth colors just not for me
^
I guess most of my childhood and all my teen years was spent in the 70's, so I'm partial to that era. The 80's was just a long drug fueled, booze soaked nightmare for me.

Despite what y'all might think, I don't like
GENE WILDER movies particularly and I dislike much of that
WONKA movie though his quirkiness seems me!
YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN is so much
GENE WILDER, I love him.
YOUNG FARNKENSTEIN. I saw it at the Strand. Mel Brooks knew his old horror movie tropes, and used them perfect. I love that movie!
the opening credits of Taxi make me want to kill myself
I dunno- I like Danny DeVito!

Bob, love you bro, but I disagree entirely with this list.
Except the Franco/Cosby reasons, which yeah, I can agree with.
Megan Fox was funny in Jennifer's Body
