The tunnel crash in Ronin.
The final scene in Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)
The little girl in the white dress scene in Still of The Night  :buggedout:
The finger in the fries scene in The Hitcher.

Dunno about 'scream' but some of the jump scares in CANDYMAN probably caused me to emit a very low-key, barely audible gasp. But it was nothing more than that...*

* ok whatever. I screamed. Like a big girl.

I don't recall ever screaming on a movie, but the crab-girl going down the stairs in THE EXORCIST made me freeze instantly. We were laughing out loud with my friends right until that scene, it grabbed us by the balls.

that's reminded me, the puppet / marionette scene in  DEEP RED... was actually freaked out for a few seconds  first time I saw it.

Argento was so good at disturbing scenes

I'm usually too disconnected from a movie to be deep enough into it to lose track of the fact I'm seeing a movie and therefore get emotionally involved, and can't remember actually screaming. I do remember wincing at the trowel slaying in Night of the Living Dead.
