The EHang 216. If you sharpen those lower blades, you make a lawnmower look like a child's toy. Just fly it at the appropriate height.

I think the police in India tried out something similar, & there's a couple different models they were trying out in Canada.....

There are dozens of hopefuls trying to bring about the air taxi revolution with E-VTOLs, all claiming to be the next big thing. In the US Joby has actually delivered a prototype to the USAF. It is just that the EHang has lots of whirring blades at floor level.
