All research was completed yesterday (it's now Sunday morning here) and I'm going to submit the manuscript tomorrow. I actually have until December 2023 to submit according to my contract but I am done with it.
The last bit of trivia in the book is the fact that a South African writer wrote the screenplay for the movie
Captain Corelli's Mandolin. :buggedout:
Here's my author's bio.

AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
Trevor Moses was born in Bulawayo in Rhodesia [now Zimbabwe] on September 11th, 1967 and grew up in the neighbouring city of Gwelo [now Gweru] in a community which had a grand total of one cinema called "The Embassy" and one drive-in cinema called "The Flamingo". The other theatre in that city also had film projection facilities and the author is not embarrassed to admit that he saw such cinema classics such as Robert Clouse's "Gymkata" (1985) there. He was educated at Chaplin High School, one of the oldest schools in that country and considers himself to have been privileged to have had the benefit of a proper English Public School education, although the constant wearing of hats as per the school uniform led him to become horribly bald later in life. :buggedout:
His parents introduced him to a horrible place called "The Cinema" at the age of seven in 1974, dragging him kicking and screaming in as he did not want to go in and then having to drag him kicking and screaming out as he did not want to leave after seeing Sidney Lumet's "Murder on The Orient Express": an experience which instilled in him a major lifelong love of movies and directly influenced his choice of a career later in life and his determined decision never to wash his underpants again has also held true since then.
The above-mentioned career as a film archivist at the South African National Film, Video and Sound Archives in Pretoria commenced in 1989 and by its' conclusion in 2022, had resulted in him assisting hundreds of clients, screening dozens of films in every conceivable location aside from theatres, helping many students and assisting on over five hundred productions, including the Oscar winning "Searching For Sugarman".
This is his first book and his legacy.
That is awesome, sir!
And that is a great author's bio. But you didn't mention underpants....

Okay, I'm losing the ability to read. Or maybe my brain blocked it out.
Did you consider a scratch-n-sniff version for kids and very odd adults? :buggedout:

Why don't they do appendix transplants? Might be interesting.
Sorry, went off topic there.
