The title of the pust says it all.  A married woman cheating on her husband with any of her patients or clients.  Not terribly old

Not Surrogate.  I should have pointed out that she was a not supposed to be having sex with clients and was displaying psychological problems of her own.  A darker film,

I found something similar - Brownian Movement (2010)
