I'll go with A. SHIVERS, ALICE SWWET ALICE, and BURNT OFFERINGS are faves.
WHEN A STRANGER CALLS is a fun movie theater memory.

Claws, I'm curious how you assemble these line-ups. Random draw/generator?

All three of these line-ups are great overall. If any of these line-ups were a marathon @ a theater or drive-in, I'd buy a pass. But I'd still skip a couple/go take a nap and then come back. I would vote for C on its combined strengths, however I'd go home after PHIBES!

Whatever decade, voting count and ratings I feed IMDb. Some of the results are quite good, I think.

ok see if I can guess...

for some reason I feel fairly confident BAY OF BLOOD is one? have a slight feeling you've mentioned that before

other one... DON'T TORTURE A DUCKLING? simply cause it has "torture" in the title, which I can imagine would send the censors into a frothing fit  :teddyr:

I believe the real reason is more political than that

the actress, or her character ?

I mean, 'indelicate' onscreen treatment of a character could warrant a whole lot of movie bannings!

The character, in this case - I just have no recollection of her character's name, and the idea of a governing body objecting specifically to onscreen mistreatment of Julie Christie amused me.

Susan Harris apparently... doesn't ring a bell for me and I've seen it 4 or 5 times...

it seems to be a very popular film for drum & bass producers to sample. can think of half a dozen examples
