Are their any famous people you didn't know that sorrowed you?
I remember when Lon Chaney Jr. died, I saw it on TV. My 11 year old self was floored.
Just now having heard that David Lynch died...man. I'll miss his beautiful work.
Any that you can think of?
Princess Diana's death flattened me completely, I didn't speak much or at all for about a week after that. 🥺🥺
Jim Varney and Harold Ramis.
Ernest and Egon Spengler were heroes of mine when I was young. I've had actual realtives that died that didn't hit me as hard as Harold's death.

Harold Ramis too, yes.
Leonard Nimoy
Paul Walker
The 9/11 victims.
I felt a little sad when Miles Davis died. Most of my heroes have died of old age, though. Like Lynch; he was 78, he had already slowed down, you knew it was coming soon. Hard to get sad about it (for me).
Off the top of my head:
Chris Farley
David Bowie
Stan Lee
Rowdy Roddy Piper
Harold Ramis
Jason David Frank
David Bowie. Steve Irwin. John Updike. Benazir Bhutto.
Geoff Peterson was a hard one too.
Gary Coleman and Anna Nicole Smith
Probably Steve Irwin hit me hardest.
Robin Williams.
Joey Ramone saddened me. He too young.
The Ultimate Warrior
Steve Irwin
Dawn Wells (Mary Ann)
all 3 made me cry
Probably Chester Bennington from Linkin Park.
