I think it's the NAKED GUN movies where for minor characters that only said 1 line,  instead of listing their name (which was never said) or occupation, they printed the line of dialogue they said. (then the actor's name)

not a bad idea actually.

TRON had part of its credits in Chinese, for animation work outsourced to Cuckoo's Nest Studios in Taiwan.
