I just found this out I don't know if its new news or not:

Screenwriter James Gunn (of tromeo and juliet fame) wrote for the scooby doo movie. I heard he quit troma.

Anyone else have any info / interest in this?

Yup "CrackHead" James Gunn wrote Scooby-Doo. Is it just me or does anybody else think this guy is nuts? Anybody here read his interview over at CHUD? Kinda funny but weird and mainly dumb.

And now he's working on a Dawn Of The Dead remake. Blasphemy! A retread of a classic zombie film from the guy that wrote "Let's get jinkie with it"?

I knew a dawn remake would come but i wanted to be the maker its just not fair.
