hmmm a few episodes of TJ HOOKER got unusually dark. BIG FOOT is one (not about an actual bigfoot lol)
There's an episode of THE BIONIC WOMAN where Jamie Sommers has a prolonged mental freakout while in solitary confinement in jail. it's kind of harrowing to watch considering the usual tone of the show
Not scary as an adult, but as a kid:
Pokemon, The Ghost of Maiden's Peak
One of the main characters becomes obsessed with a statue of a woman outside a shrine. The other characters try to break him of his obsession, & are attacked by ghosts.
Has a rather creepy (for a kids show) shot of several translucent, skull-like ghosts surrounding the characters which cackling.
"The Night of the Man Eating House" from The Wild Wild West gave me the creeps.
