A fraud and con man, I know. But my parents had Chariots of the Gods, and I came across it at an impressionable age. This was instrumental in sparking a life long fascination with the bizarre and the unexplained.
So, RIP from twelve year old me.

Me too. I read
Chariots of The Gods and Charles Berlitz's
The Bermuda Triangle when I was very young: Dad went with me to the library to ask the people "Why are you letting my son read this crap?" which is what he thought about the books, not me.
RIP.
