remember going on a school trip in the very early 90s, and there was this pc video game everyone would play all the time (on the one computer they had at the place we stayed in)
the game was a kind of medieval set adventure... not arcadey, but there may have been some 'action' bits?
the only real clue I can give is that there would often be a sequence, multiple times per game, where you'd have to roll dice by throwing them onto a wooden table, or perhaps into a wooden container / board
I think this would've been at the dawn of 16-bit graphics for home computing, and I remember thinking the graphics and animation for that part and the dice landing were really cool and life-like... (they probably weren't, haha). think you could see a hand shaking the dice in a container and then throwing the dice. (the dice may have been gold?)
I'd love to know what this game was but sadly I'm out of hints and clues now
there *may* have been an archery aspect to the game as well, but that's not certain
I'm trying to watch youtube vids of 90s RPG games on PC to see if it crops up, but am just being slaughtered by nonstop ads :((
