The marital arts legend and actor has sadly passed at the age of 86. I'll be watching Firewalker tonight in his memory.
RIP Mr Norris, an idol of mine as a teen 🥺😭😭😭😭😭😭
Yep. Just saw that (https://www.weau.com/2026/03/20/chuck-norris-dead-86-family-says/) myself.
QuoteChuck Norris, the martial arts grandmaster and action star whose roles in "Walker, Texas Ranger" and other television shows and movies made him an iconic tough guy — sparking internet parodies and adoration from presidents — has died at 86.
Norris died Thursday, in what his family described as a "sudden passing."
"While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace," the family said in a statement posted to social media.
rip
recent-ish vids I'd seen of him he looked in great shape.
Goodbye Walker, Texas Ranger. :bluesad:
Bye, Chuck. Was never a big fan of his movies ( I mean, as an actor, he wasn't very good)- but he WAS a good martial artist who I remember most fondly in RETURN OF THE DRAGON with Bruce Lee.
Yeah, I'm gonna watch Firewalker and maybe Good Guys Wear Black. I remember liking Lone Wolf McQuade.
He's not really dead, you know. He's just lying really still to lure Death in nice and close for a devastating roundhouse kick!

Yeah, RETURN OF THE DRAGON is the only movie he was in worth half a damn. He was a talented martial artist and seemed like a decent guy, though.
I have never seen so many online tributes to one person before. Mr Norris touched a lot of lives positively including mine.
Of course there are some morons who attacked him due to his religion and political beliefs but things like that shouldn't be an issue when someone passes.
RIP, Mr Norris: rest easy Sir ❤️❤️🌹🌹
Chuck's movies were staples on local and cable TV back in the 80s and 90s. I saw the "Missing in Action" flicks and "Invasion USA" (a personal fave) countless times.
His work for Cannon Films is legendary, of course, but his best movie overall is probably the non-Cannon "Code Of Silence," which was originally intended for Clint Eastwood, who passed on it. Chuck probably should've made more movies like that and less schlock like "Hero and the Terror" or "Top Dog."
R.I.P. Chuck. Thanks for all the fun flicks.
^great tribute
I remember him being in a movie called SILENT SCREAM - sort of a zombie/martial arts mashup. Great film!
