Title: Strange movie poster on Pinterest
Post by: Trevor on March 26, 2026, 07:34:12 AM
I've seen posters on Pinterest for a 1966 movie called COVENANT, starring Peter O'Toole and Robert Shaw, directed by Robert Parrish and produced by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson.

I can't find any further info on it, can someone help?

Per IMDB Gerry Anderson and Robert Parrish worked together once, on the 1969 movie JOURNEY TO THE FAR SIDE OF THE SUN. Per IMDB Gerry Anderson and Peter O'Toole never worked together. You've either run across a piece of lost media or, more likely, someone made a poster for a fake movie with AI.

Thanks Rev.

I wish I could post it here but can't, so I will post it on X and copy you and Indy on it. 😊😊🐢

Thank you Rev, problem solved.

Not a real movie but a 60s inspired movie poster of ALIEN COVENANT.

JOURNEY TO THE FAR SIDE OF THE SUN isn't very good... there are interesting moments but it definitely isn't a horror movie. ALIEN COVENANT, whatever its faults, wouldn't have been improved by an Anderson/Parrish version!

I loved all of Anderson's TV series as a kid until I read an interview with him saying that "people who can't draw, have cripple's hands". That made me quite upset.
