Outside of a couple of James Ryan & Ivan Hall collaborations, I'm not aware of any.....
Space Mutiny, The Demon, Chappie, District 9, King Solomon's Mines. Might be a few others, as I don't tend to look up which country a film was made in.

Ivan was a nice guy. Gave me some good career advice in 2007.
The films he and James Ryan made - KARATE OLYMPIA and KILL OR BE KILLED - were great.
