I think right after chilly Willy came this gator. He was in the okefanofee swamp or some @!#$. I think it was basically a lame hanna barbera cartoon, but I can't think of what it was called... he worse a hat and a vest

Wally Gator was a Hanna Barbara reptile, though I think he lived in a zoo or a park and had the same voice as Yogi. Maybe they had another gator in a swamp, too, but I remember Wally.

Yeah, sounds like Wally. I can still recall the theme song. Don't realy want to, mind you........

There was a "Gabby Gator" in the Woody Woodpecker Show. Could he be the one your thinking of?
