Title: Savage Streets
Post by: TammyL on July 09, 2002, 12:31:10 AM
I recently moved and have been going through boxes and unpacking them as much as possible(only to have to re-pack them because I am moving yet again). I came across several interesting boxes of videos that I have collected over the past 15 years or so and decided that I need to watch them again.

Well I just watched Savage Streets. I had forgotten how tough a b***h Linda Blair can really be. I have seen her in many movies and she just seems to over come any type of obstacle put in front of her.

Yeah, even though it's too bad that "The Exorcist" is her only GOOD film, and that she's rode the wave off on it for so long.
She's also a pretty unpleasant person off-screen(I met her once before, and she seemed that way;guess all of those bad choices of movies never really paid off),but you are right about her overcoming every obstacle on-screen(no matter how extremely rough they are, she's always overcame them, and handled it all pretty well).
Would have liked to have seen her play more villain roles(as in "Sorceress"),as well as a prison warden or corrupt official:something more challenging.
                    But; oh,well.......
