How on God's Green Earth could you guys have missed ENEMY MINE in your "E" column??? This should have been a great flick what with Lou Gosset, etc. - but it was awful. Definitely one of my pix for worst ever.
Again another example of someones different film opinion on a movie.
I just happen to like this film...mind you I don't love it but I thought it was very well done.
ENEMY MINE does have B-movie written all over it, but it is entertaining and handles the material with respect. I like it quite a bit.
Ebemy Mine is much more a character study then a Sci-Fi flick. As a character study, it's pretty good. As a sci-fi piece, it's not that great. So your reaction is tailored to your expectation
Enemy Mine is a decent science fiction movie, better than most of the dreck that gets slopped around as genre. I wish more science fiction films were like it than like Star Wars or Star Trek .
Not that I'm knocking either film, I must add...

This is not the first time, nor, I'm guessing, the last time Enemy Mine has been talked about on this forum. Check out the "movie that you might want to watch, and add to the list" post (http://www.badmovies.org/bbs/read.php?f=2&i=12268&t=12201) for more thoughts on the subject.
Saw this at a preview screening before it came out and correctly predicted it would tank at the box office because it was so slooooow-moving with hardly any action. Did like the one burrowing monster though.
Enemy mine was simply a racial lesson in space movie.
I think it had some good moments of humor, mickey mouse being our leader or the fact that draks were same sexed and gave birth. I think it was a little heavy on the social commentary tho and went overboard on being sappy. But at least it wasn't mindless sci-fi?
Probably one of the last movies offhand i can remember lewis gosset jr. in
