I was wondering if anyone has seen this trash, or knows where I can get a copy of it. It features homicidal farmers who capture hitchhikers and passers-by to make into sausages. It also features a cameo by "Cliff Claven" from Cheers as a motorcycle gang member who gets ground into sausage (after spending time in the garden buried up to his neck). Yum. I’m guessing this is early to mid 70s fare. Its been awhile since I’ve seen it. Thanks.
You mean Motel Hell. Threw me there for a second. Made in 1980, it general got fair reviews. I watched it once, but that's all I can say for it. All the information you need can be found here. (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0081184)
THere's a copy of it at my local Blockbuster.
It takes all sorts of critters to make farmer vincents fritters!! or something like that.. been a while since i've seen it. Great stuff!
I've seen it at Blockbuster and Media Play
...one an MGM double disc with Deranged. It'll street price for about ten bucks and is due out at the end of the month (August).
Thanks guys! MOtel Hell! No wonder I couldn't find it anyware. I'll have to keep my eyes open for the DVD!
Yet another classic B flick for the dvd collection!
That sounds a bit like that group of young single people who keep inviting people to their house for dinner and deciding they don't deserve to live (usually for political, or politically-correct, reasons) and then poison them and bury them in the yard
As opposed to "Arsenic and Old Lace" where the two old ladies kill their houseguests to put them out of their misery and bury them in the "Panama Canal" (the basement )
There was a tales from the crypt i think with tim curry about a famil who killed door to door salesmen.
Btw, MOTEL HELL= movie
HOTEL HELL=a stay at any ramada inn
although I have quite a few scary motel stories to tell. If anybody has every driven cross country to some very rural and particularly "SW desert" regions..ye know what I'm talkin about.
